If you like curry, this is the dish for you. I grew up eating Jamaican food in New York, and I have figured out the secret to making amazing curry chicken. This chicken is marinated overnight with peppers, onions, and seasonings. Then simmered in a pot with petite potatoes & carrots. This is amazing paired with red beans & rice sold separately.

Place into a bowl & microwave for 2-3 min. Stir midway through microwaving. Or heat in a saucepan with 3 tbsp of water over Medium heat for 4-5 min. Let cool before enjoying.
