Jamician Curry Chicken & Potato

If you like curry, this is the dish for you. I grew up eating Jamaican food in New York, and I have figured out the secret to making amazing curry chicken. This chicken is marinated overnight with peppers, onions, and seasonings. Then simmered in a pot with petite potatoes & carrots. This is amazing paired with red beans & rice sold separately.
