Grilled Chicken & Cauliflower Mash-Up Bowl

With this dish, I decided to do a play on a KFC fill-up bowl. Instead of using mashed potatoes, I use my signature cauliflower mash. It's so good topped with sliced chicken breast and sweet corn, over a honey chipotle drizzle. Topped w/green onions and peppers. This can be served as a complete meal or a side dish.
