The Gnoochie Cookie class exceeded all my expectations! The instructor was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the entire process so much fun. I learned so many new techniques, and the cookies we made were absolutely delicious. The class was well-organized, and there was a perfect balance of instruction and hands-on practice. Whether you're a beginner or more experienced, you'll walk away with new skills and a batch of amazing cookies. I can't wait to take another class!
Chef Chazzy taught a pasta makingn class at our company retreat. Despite the hotel making her change rooms and all the outlets in the room blowing, Chef did a great job of improvising, staying positive and having fun. We had a great time and made some delicious pasta from scratch. Thanks Chef!
The recipes in this cookbook are amazing. Recipes instructions are easy to follow. Some of the dishes that I have cooked are delicious. If the chief of this book comes out with another cookbook, I would definitely purchase the next one. I'm enjoying this Brunch e-Cookbook Mini Series.

I`ve been following chef Chazzy for a while, she has been talking about a book for ages :) I`m so happy it`s finally here and it`s part of a serie ! Because this is just brunches, I can`t wait for the menu`s series, I have been trying succesfully a few of her recepies. It is really simple even for me ! Thanks to her I tried some vegetables I`ve never cooked with :) I`m a CHAZZY FAN !

The class was a great date night/ birthday gift!! Learned so much and had so much fun. Very hands on and active, very yummy ending 😋, also Chef Chazzy is so much fun!
This PHO class was terrific ! Chef Chazzy guided us through the process of preparing this dish from start to finish and shared some general cooking tips. We had lots of fun and the Pho was delish ! We had not even finished the class when we already decided register for another one with Chef Chazzy !
